Throughout my career, my mission has been to support, strengthen, and elevate the individuals who drive the music industry—from artists and touring professionals to the business leaders shaping its future. I am deeply passionate about creating healthier, more sustainable environments for those working in one of the most demanding, high-stress sectors. By focusing on mental wellness, communication, and culture on tour, I aim to make touring a place where creativity and humanity thrive, rather than merely survive.

As the founder of Cape + Anchor, my approach is centered on empowering leaders and creators to solve problems thoughtfully, build resilience, and achieve breakthroughs that are both professionally and personally impactful.
My vision extends beyond individual success—I want to be part of a transformative movement that makes the music business a healthier, more collaborative, and more inclusive space. By addressing the unique pressures of life on the road and the complexities of running creative businesses, I hope to pioneer new standards for well-being, leadership, and innovation in the industry.
